DELAWARE, Ohio (AP) _ Greif Inc. (GEF.B) on Wednesday reported fiscal third-quarter earnings of $141.8 million.

On a per-share basis, the Delaware, Ohio-based company said it had profit of $2.36. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $2.35 per share.

The industrial packaging company posted revenue of $1.62 billion in the period.

Greif expects full-year earnings in the range of $7.90 to $8.10 per share.
